Farm Stand-Online Customizable Pre-orders

Farm Stand is a platform that allows subscribers to purchase one-time boxes for pick up at either the Watauga County Farmer’s Market or at the Farm on Saturdays. The boxes are first-come-first-serve with no pre-commitment. Sign up using the link below.

Once you’ve signed up for the Farm Stand you will receive an email when the order period is open (typically Tuesdays by noon for Saturday pick ups). Follow the link from the email or navigate directly to the Farm Stand in your browser. If you do not go through the Farm Stand portal to confirm your box, a box will not be packed for you.

Scroll down the page to see some of the items offered in the Farm Stand that week and complete “Step 1-Choose a Delivery Option.” You can choose to either pick up at the farm or the farmer’s market by selecting the bubble beside the location you’d like:

Next, complete “Step 2-choose your share” (at this point, we only have “spring immunity” boxes available). Click on the green button “select Share.”

Once you select the share, a pop up box will open and you simply need to select the immunity box again. This may seem redundant, but the system allows farms to offer different types of boxes with different sizes.

next, you can choose to add funds to our cost share program in “step 3-Choose add-ons.” The cost share funds allow ATG to offer CSA shares at reduced or no-cost to folks who have limited food access.

You’re almost ready to secure your box for pick up and customize your box contents. In “Step 4-checkout,” you can add a coupon (if applicable) and/or click on the blue button labeled “build share and start customizing”

Even if you have a coupon, the system will still ask for a credit card number. Input your card info into the pop up window and click the blue Pay button. Please note: you will not be charged for your box until the delivery is finalized (typically on Friday morning).

Now use the double arrow icon under the individual items to swap that item for another item or use the plus icon to add extras. Only use the trash can icon to remove an item if you have added additional duplicate items to your box. See swap details below:

Click the 2 arrows on the left to swap an item.

A second screen will pop up with available options to swap with.

Once you have completed swaps and added duplicates to your base box, you can now add additional extra items. Scroll down the page and click the plus icon to add any additional extras to your box.

Continue to scroll down the page to review your share contents and see any extras you’ve added. Click on the green text labeled “share contents” to see the itemized list of the items in your box, with extras listed down below. Your order is complete!
